We use renowed and quality reliable component vendor as steel and spare part supplier: LKM, ASSAB, etc. Cavities, cores, and inserts are made by H-13 premium grade steel. Double draw 46-48 Rc for samll components, and 44-46Rc for big components.
Structure of tool and all components are designed according to customers' requirements, HASCO, DME, or customer's own specific.
